EDWARD LEE SNODGRASS

Edward Lee Snodgrass, age 81, of Chesterfield, VA passed away on January 16, 2024.

Edward was preceded in death by his father Edward, mother Margaret, sisters Shirley Williams and Charlotte Hubbard, brothers Kenneth and Fred Snodgrass.

Edward is survived by his wife of 60 years Patsy (Sizemore), son Rob Ed and his wife Denise, grandchildren Courtney and Jake, sister Alice McDonald (Billy Wayne), and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to being a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Edward was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War, retiree from Allied Signal/Honeywell in Chesterfield, and longtime volunteer firefighter in Chesterfield County at Company 3.

The family received friends on Tuesday, January 23, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Holding Funeral Home. Funeral services followed in the funeral home’s chapel. Ed was laid to rest in Powell Valley Memorial Gardens in a private ceremony.
