JULIE VICTORIA OWENS

Julie Victoria Owens, 24, of Clintwood / Big Stone Gap, VA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 12, 2020.

Julie was a graduate of Union High School class of 2014. She loved animals.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Owens.

She is survived by her son, Thalan Hatcher Counts, her mother, Misty Brown and husband Donnie, siblings Anthony Owens, Stephanie McGee Owens, Victoria Bentley, Monique Brown, Gabrielle Brown, her paternal grandparents, Jerry Owens Sr. (Patricia), her maternal grandparents, David and Jerri Horton, aunts and uncles David Horton (Tracee), Todd Horton (Samantha), Hope Brewer, Charlie Owens, Annetta Wilkens, and several other close relatives and friends.
